Our pizzas are made using a traditional Italian long fermentation process, going up to 72 hours of fermentation. We only use flours refined through natural fermentation and a selection of DOP products directly from Italy. Both the dough for our pizzas and the tomato sauce are made in our restaurant, using, once again, the best Italian products available on the market.
